Senior Business Development Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our organization as a Senior Business Development Specialist. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-impact sales and marketing plans to achieve profitable growth in assigned territories and accounts.
  • Develop and execute pre-sales technical presentations and demos to engage potential customers and partners during product launches or initial engagement.
  • Initiate pre-sales activities, consulting services, and product development projects, preparing proposals and scoping documents.
  • Represent the company in client interactions, conduct market research to identify target markets, create case studies, presentations, and sales reports to analyze business growth.
  • Prepare client proposals, RFPs, RFQs, sales and marketing collateral, and provide post-proposal support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Create internal software requests and POC implementation plans, monitor the approval process, and prepare software order forms.
  • Collaborate with the sales cycle planning team to build compelling and competitive business cases and ROI.
  • Introduce customers to new product markets and feasible implementations for Software Security products.
  • Manage handovers to the Services Functions (Post-Sales Support and Professional Services) for live project implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to prospective leads.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology and Master's degree in Business (required).
  • Good learning agility and ability to stay informed about the latest technologies.
