Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to meet targets in personal banking, business banking, and wealth management.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in relationship management or business development with a bank or financial institution.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIF), structured products, and other relevant financial instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
