Job Title: Strategic Business Partnership Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Partner with management teams to understand business objectives, drive results-oriented HR initiatives, and enhance employee performance.
  • Design and implement effective talent management processes, succession planning, leadership development programs, and training initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with learning and development teams to create engaging programs that enhance skills and competencies across the organization.

Performance Management:

  • Guide and support leaders in managing employee performance, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that drive a high-performance culture within the organization.
  • Provide coaching to managers to address performance challenges and help resolve any employee-related issues.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Proactively communicate with employees to foster positive relationships, resolve conflicts, and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Implement employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and collaborate with senior leaders to develop action plans to address areas for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Support the implementation and communication of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Advise senior leaders on compensation structures, salary reviews, and incentive programs for the organization's workforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role or a similar capacity.
