Strategic Partnership Leader

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our brand partnerships in India. This pivotal role will focus on building and scaling strategic alliances that drive revenue growth, maximize impact, and establish Variety as a leader in the Indian media landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, developing innovative partnership opportunities, and driving business growth through strategic collaborations. If you have a deep understanding of the Indian market, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creative problem-solving, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key brands across print, digital, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive packages that maximize revenue and impact.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, media solutions, and innovative alliances.
  • Manage inventory and ad sales to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand partnerships, IP creation, and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through strategic collaborations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian market, with knowledge of current trends and challenges.
