Job Description:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Senior Partners to generate leads and log prospective applications. This involves driving and motivating the bank's Senior Partners to source applications, which are then logged in through the operations department.

  • Generating Leads: You will assist Senior Partners in generating leads and logging prospective applications.
  • Driving Motivation: You will drive and motivate the bank's Senior Partners to source applications, which are then logged in through the operations department.
  • Tapping into Resources: You will tap into the right database of the branch to ensure authentic documentation.
  • Building Relationships: You will build relationships with business partners and ensure that both you and your Senior Partner meet your targets effectively.
  • Compliance: You will adhere to PNB MetLife policies and provide need-based selling support.
  • Customer Education: You will ensure that customers are well-informed about product features sold through Senior Partners or the bank.
  • Reporting: You will act as a team player and report the number of applications logged in for the business every day to the reporting manager without fail.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in local language is essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, and demonstrate initiative.

Apart from these, you must possess a solid understanding of sales principles and practices, be results-driven, and have a high level of integrity.
