Job Title: Business Development and Integration Specialist

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in corporate legal affairs, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting senior executives in high-profile transactions and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting senior executives in M&A transactions and collaborating with strategy, finance, tax, HR, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conducting thorough legal due diligence, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex M&A documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Engagement Letters of Intent, and Share Purchase Agreements.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate legal departments or law firms, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, demergers, divestments, and corporate restructuring.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, FEMA Regulations, employment laws, intellectual property laws, antitrust regulations, and data privacy laws.
