
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs) to sell financial products.
- Identify and empanel IFDs from various backgrounds, including finance professionals and wealth advisors.
- Train new IFDs on our digital platform and mobile app to provide knowledge on primary market products such as mutual funds, IPOs, NCDs, and capital markets products.
- Drive IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on an ongoing basis.
- Acquire new IFDs and advise them on primary market products.
- Organise events to develop the business of IFDs.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in sales of investment products through IFD/ IFA & Franchisee channel.
- Domain knowledge: understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, and indirect channel.
- IT skills: MS Office and business intelligence applications.
- Experience in recruiting and handling IFDs, IFAs, and franchisees, with knowledge of equity, stocks, shares, and investments products.
