The Cluster Manager/Team Leader is responsible for acquiring High Net Worth relationships and managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers.
- Design, implement, and execute financial plans to establish ties with HNI/UHNI clients.
- Coordinate with teams to acquire HNI/UHNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent).
- Maintain client relationships and generate Assets Under Management from preferred clients.
- Support the team in advising Affluent clients on investments and managing their overall financial portfolio.
- Develop strategic business plans to attract high net worth clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities
- Manage client relationships to ensure long-term growth and retention
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
