Job Description:

The Cluster Manager/Team Leader is responsible for acquiring High Net Worth relationships and managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers.

  • Design, implement, and execute financial plans to establish ties with HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Coordinate with teams to acquire HNI/UHNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent).
  • Maintain client relationships and generate Assets Under Management from preferred clients.
  • Support the team in advising Affluent clients on investments and managing their overall financial portfolio.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities
