
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources and administration to drive business growth.
- Stay updated on Equity Broking Products, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF and Insurance to make informed decisions.
- Develop comprehensive business plans that align with financial objectives and forecasts.
- Achieve business targets by meeting goals and metrics.
- Maintain accurate budgeting and fund allocation to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Provide coaching, training and development opportunities to branch personnel to enhance their skills.
- Foster a culture of high ethical standards and regulatory compliance within the team.
- Promote the presence and reputation of the organization through strategic networking.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager, Asst Branch Manager or related roles.
- Proven expertise in modern management techniques, best practices and organizational skills.
- Results-driven approach with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong leadership and human resources management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
