Roles & Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with banks and financial institutions through proactive and regular engagement.
- Needs Assessment: Analyze partner institutions deposit strategies to provide effective, customized solutions.
- Tailored Solutions: Offer wholesale deposit products (CA/SA/TD) to existing clients and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory standards and internal risk policies.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue Interbank collaboration opportunities to increase deposit volumes through strategic partnerships and cross-selling initiatives.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Account Management: Oversee key institutional accounts, manage performance, and promptly address any operational challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to enhance the overall client experience.
