Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the licensing of agents and building your own team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive productivity among new and vintage agents.

To achieve this, you will implement sales promotions to boost performance and deliver need-based solutions to customers. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth through new and renewal business.

You will also be responsible for maintaining daily business reports and MIS on sales calls using LMS.
