Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our bancassurance channel efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through team management and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive bancassurance business growth
  • Lead a team of professionals in achieving sales targets and expanding market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance partners and distributors
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in bancassurance or a related field
  • Proven track record of team leadership and business development success
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in direct/alternate channels
  • Knowledge of the bancassurance market and its dynamics
