Insurance Sales & Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our insurance sales initiatives and build strategic partnerships across the industry.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of channel sales principles, with the ability to develop effective relationships with distributors and agents.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in local languages, and a proven track record of driving business growth through targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through innovative field sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring seamless integration into existing channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product positioning and pricing.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2C or BFSI sales (credit cards, banking/NBFC loans).
  • Strong understanding of channel sales principles and ability to develop effective partnerships with distributors/agents.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels; fluency in local language(s) required.
