Job Summary:
As a Life Insurance Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating life insurance business in collaboration with South Indian Bank branches. This role involves building strong relationships with bank staff and customers to drive sales, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable life insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with South Indian Bank branches to develop life insurance business strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers to foster sales growth.
- Conduct thorough customer assessments to identify suitable life insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through effective sales tactics.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and company policies at all times.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales, preferably in Bancassurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with bank staff and customers.
- Customer-centric approach with a sales orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with bank partners to achieve common goals.
