Our ideal candidate will lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), fostering strong relationships with Equity RMs Partner Alliances to drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will train, motivate, and optimize the productivity of your team members.

You will also be responsible for acquiring new Franchisees, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Rimesier, building rapport with them, and helping them onboard clients across various products.

Another key responsibility is to conduct training sessions for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products (like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit) with the help of our products & training team.

You will ensure that our partners receive the best services possible.

Additionally, you will assist distributors on joint calls and organize seminars/webinars for the partners of your cluster.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 4-5 years of experience handling teams in the B2B space of Partner Alliance (Franchisees, IFAs).

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF etc. is required.

Excellent communication skills are essential.

Ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets is a must.
