Job Title: Cluster Development Manager

The role of Cluster Development Manager is a high-impact position that requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity Relationship Managers (ERMs), and Partner Alliances to achieve sales targets and expand the business network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors (IFA), and Remisers through regular communication and joint calls.
  • Collaborate with the products and training team to deliver comprehensive training programs for partners on all our products, including Direct Equity, Investment Products (Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit).
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, such as acquiring new franchisees and IFAs.
