Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager - Real Estate for Secondary Business at propNxT in Mumbai. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing finance, property management, facility management (FM), and Residential & commercial real estate activities on a cluster level.

Key Responsibilities:

> P&L Management:

- Take full ownership of the clusters financial performance.
- Ensure the achievement of financial targets, including sales, profitability, and cost control.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the cluster.

> Sales & Marketing:

- Drive property sales and leasing targets across all projects within the cluster.
- Develop sales strategies and campaigns to attract clients and boost revenues.

> Team Leadership & Hiring Plan Management:

- Manage and mentor the sales and operations teams across the cluster.
- Develop and manage the hiring plan to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective communication, goal-setting, and performance management.
- Ensure continuous training and development for team members to improve skills and knowledge.

> Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations for all properties/projects in the cluster.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Optimize operational efficiency to deliver a seamless customer experience.

> Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Finance and Real Estate skills
- 5-6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in closing deals.
- Experience in Property Management and Facility Management (FM)
- Strong analytical and financial management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field. (Master&aposs degree is plus)
