Job Title: Cluster Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, providing leadership and support to promote professional development and teamwork. They will also implement programs, oversee center-level activities within the cluster, manage resources, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement programs, oversee center-level activities within the cluster, manage resources, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ensure seamless operation of multiple centers within the designated cluster and provide strategic direction and operational leadership to multiple centers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners and other external stakeholders to enhance the impact and reach of the cluster.
Requirements
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in the skilling sector with a focus on mobilization and placements.
  • Experience in skill development CSR projects, operations, and team management skills.
Operational Leadership
  • Manage budgetary resources effectively to maximize impact across all centers.
  • Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
  • Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, financial performance, and other key metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders for operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (PMO, Academic Excellence, HR, M&E, CRD, MIS, Curriculum, IT, Finance, Admin) for operational requirements.
People Management
  • Train and mentor center managers and support staff within the cluster.
  • Enable optimal productivity levels of reporting teams.
  • Establish and communicate attrition reduction and employee satisfaction plans to center managers.
