Project Transformation Director

Greetings

The Role of Project Transformation Director is instrumental in the successful delivery of a comprehensive safety culture transformation project. Initially based at the Gujarat site, with the possibility of incorporating additional locations in the future, the Director will proactively plan, direct, and implement all aspects of the transformation program.

This includes overseeing construction safety activities and operational safety transformation programs at designated sites. The Project Transformation Director will foster a strong safety culture by demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and engagement skills with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of safety consciousness among all project stakeholders, encouraging a proactive approach towards safety.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their safety expectations, requirements, and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective safety management systems.
  • Lead committee meetings to discuss safety performance, challenges, and strategic decisions.
  • Engage client top management to resolve issues for effective implementation of safety at site.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors in Engineering
  • Prior experience in working on Safety Culture Transformation projects (at least 5 years)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • International Experience: Preference for expats from the UK, Europe, Australia, middle east
