Job Title: Project Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Director to manage commercial ICI construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance
  • Collaborate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress, address field issues, and maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers, track invoices, and process project billing and progress claims
  • Maintain strict cost control, identify cost-effective solutions, and ensure compliance with contract scope, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Represent the company at project meetings, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and address project challenges and conflicts promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
