Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineering Director

Description:
• Serve as a key leader and mentor for a team of experienced mechanical engineers in water, effluent, and sewage treatment projects.
• Develop strategic design concepts to ensure efficient project execution and meet client objectives.
• Plan and coordinate engineering deliverables, execute resource allocation, and manage project timelines to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into the overall project scope and drive innovation.
• Conduct regular design deliverable reviews and validation to maintain high-quality standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Drive innovation and best practices in mechanical engineering to meet project objectives and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of experienced mechanical engineers, providing guidance, support, and resources for project success and growth.
• Design Development: Oversee the development of strategic design concepts and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
