Site Engineer

We are looking for aspiring, self-motivated Civil / Mechanical Engineer to work as site engineer. We prefer candidates who loves to work in a free, motivated, happy environment enjoying every moment by learning and understanding the required work technics and tactics. The job will be to Plan and carry out the Installation of facade elements, Glasses, Windows, Doors in Aluminium and uPVC frames, coordination with Client / Main contractors, Support the team working at site with the required back up. The person should have good communication skills, Knowledge in reading and understanding drawings and a great attitude to learn and a liking for travelling.Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Planning and Execution Plan daily and weekly activities for the installation of façade elements including aluminium/uPVC windows, sliding doors, ventilators, structural glass panels, curtain walls, ACP cladding, louvers, etc. Supervise and execute the installation work as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure optimal manpower deployment and work allocation based on project timelines. Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication details for effective site execution. 2. Coordination and Communication Act as the primary point of contact at site for the client, consultants, and main contractors. Conduct site meetings to coordinate installation sequences, access requirements, and approvals. Liaise with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and drawings. Prepare and present site progress reports to the Project Manager and senior leadership. 3. Technical Support and Quality Assurance Provide technical guidance to site supervisors, technicians, and installers. Inspect installations to ensure quality and adherence to design/specification. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues or challenges during installation. Assist in mock-up preparation and client approvals where required. 4. Health, Safety, and Compliance Ensure safety standards and practices are followed by the site team at all times. Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings. Monitor the use of safety harnesses, PPE, and scaffolding for all facade works at height. Adhere to local building regulations, environmental codes, and project-specific compliance standards. 5. Documentation and Reporting Maintain daily site logs including work progress, manpower details, and material usage. Document variations, delays, site instructions, and approvals for billing and project control. Assist in measurement verification and quantity tracking for client billing and subcontractor payments.
