Project Coordinators for Engineering Initiatives

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position located in Thekkady for an engineering project coordinator at a luxury resort.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering projects within the resort, ensuring their successful completion. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, overseeing engineering activities, and working closely with other departments.

The job requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, and MEP specialists
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination or engineering
  • Ability to work on-site in Kumily, Idukki, Kerala
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
