- Manage maintenance functions across multiple sites (Kochi, Unjha, and Guntur).
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures for seamless operations.
- Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure optimal functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Plan and supervise repair and installation activities.
- Allocate workload and lead upkeep staff effectively.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place procurement orders when required.
- Oversee maintenance budgets and control expenditures.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
- Plan and manage project ideas from inception to completion.
- Set project deadlines, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies across all operations.

Position Requirements:
- Engineering graduate with 10-12 years of experience in maintenance and project engineering within the product development or FMCG sector.
- Proven expertise in planning and managing maintenance operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Practical experience with facilities machinery and equipment.
- Demonstrated success in managing greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Willingness to travel across locations within India.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
