Oversight of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, utility, and process equipment.", "2. Maintenance and upkeep of critical utilities, including boilers, chillers, DG sets, and water purification systems, to ensure energy efficiency, minimal downtime, and continuous operation of the plant without energy loss.", "3. Leadership in the installation, commissioning, and qualification (URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) of new equipment and systems.", "4. Management of HT/LT electrical systems, including transformers, switchgears, panels, cabling, and substations.", "5. Supervision of mechanical utilities and process equipment, such as HVAC systems, purified water systems, and other critical utilities.", "6. Coordination and review of project schedules, equipment FAT, drawings, BOQs, and vendor documentation.", "7. Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.", "8. Site inspections management, quality execution, and technical issue resolution during installation or operation.", "9. Maintenance documentation preparation and review, progress reports, SOPs, and timely invoice processing.", "10. Liaison with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional departments for project execution and plant operations support.", "11. Implementation and improvement of maintenance best practices, cost control, and reliability strategies.", "Skill Requirements:", "1.
