**Job Title:** Project and Engineering Head

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project and Engineering Head to lead our maintenance and project engineering efforts across all our locations in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, overseeing maintenance functions, and ensuring seamless operations. They will also develop and implement maintenance procedures, conduct facility inspections, and monitor equipment inventory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance functions at multiple sites.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure optimal functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies across all operations.
  • Plan and supervise repair and installation activities.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
  • Set project deadlines, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering with 10-12 years of experience in maintenance and project engineering within the Spices Product Industry or FMCG sector.
  • Proven expertise in planning and managing maintenance operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Practical experience with facilities machinery and equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Willingness to travel across locations within India.
