Director of Hotel Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Quality: Ensure that all service standards are met or exceeded, providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

  • Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, driving brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Renovations and Maintenance: Oversee renovations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and up-to-date.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations management
