We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Strategic Business Development Lead to spearhead our Partnerships team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
About the Role:
We offer an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Strategic Business Development Lead. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy that fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifies new partnership opportunities, and drives revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and Executing a Business Development Strategy: You will design and implement a tailored business development strategy that aligns with NeoDocs' vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian.
- Identifying Partnership Opportunities and Verticals: Utilize your market insights and industry expertise to identify high-potential partnership opportunities and verticals that can drive business growth.
- Nurturing Strategic Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual success.
- Pilot Execution and Collaboration: Identify, initiate, and successfully execute pilots, converting them into long-term collaborations that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Success and Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, addressing their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Feedback Loop and Case Studies: Establish a continuous feedback loop with partners, gathering valuable insights to improve internal processes and develop compelling case studies that showcase NeoDocs' impact.
- Pitching and Enablement Materials: Collaborate with internal design and content teams to develop high-quality pitching and enablement materials that effectively communicate NeoDocs' value proposition.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales/Consulting, with a strong background in the healthcare industry. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, while your ability to work in a startup environment, prioritize tasks, and achieve goals will drive business growth.
