The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities through lead research and client outreach.
  • Generating new business by meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a B2B Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in the Medical Devices industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You're a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You're highly goal-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You're a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
