
Regional Business Developer

This is a full-time role for an experienced Branch Manager, responsible for overseeing Business Development in the Bihar and Jharkhand region. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, recruitment for the territory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving overall growth and performance of the branch.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a BM/ABM or Senior Sales/BD Role and 5+ years of elevator industry experience. They should also have strong understanding of elevator industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Growth: Manage business development and strategic planning to drive growth and performance
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Team Management: Recruit and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
- Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in a BM/ABM or Senior Sales/BD Role
- Elevator Industry Experience: 5+ years of elevator industry experience in Otis/Kone/Schindler/TKE/Johnson
- Candidate Skills: Ability to understand and translate engineering drawing, business development and strategic planning skills, proficient in budgeting and financial management, excellent communication and leadership skills
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering preferred
