Regional HR Leader

Our organization is seeking an accomplished professional to lead our regional human resources function. As the ideal candidate, you will oversee the entire human resources lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, learning and development, performance management, personnel management, and administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and build relationships to support these requirements.
Key Tasks:
  • Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Learning and Development (L&D): Launch regional Skill Development Centres and develop L&D strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, facilitate training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Performance Management System (PMS): Provide guidance and support on PMS policies and procedures, ensure timely completion of PMS processes, and conduct training on PMS for the regional team.
  • Personnel Management: Manage employee relations, provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures, develop employee engagement strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, oversee housekeeping and pantry operations, manage procurement and inventory, and ensure effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
