Global Head of Human Resources Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global human resources function, driving strategic corporate initiatives and building scalable systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish company-wide HR framework — policies, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Design and implement effective systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
  • Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws in each region.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Develop and launch training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and experience running global HR operations.
  • Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
