Drive Business Growth as a Senior Manager

You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue in your designated region. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the critical growth and performance metrics of both the business and people under your leadership.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to maximize business results, focusing on design requisites and customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Leading and managing a young and ambitious city team, comprising Business / Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, etc.
  • Ensuring the quality of design closure for our catalogue products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Furniture & Decor) and essential home improvement services for the region.
  • Driving and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free/error-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat - happy customer experience, E-sat - happy team members.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • B.Arch or equivalent degree; MBA would be an added advantage.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through a bunch of designers.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements and needs effectively.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting in past roles.
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, etc.
  • Ability to hire, retain, motivate, and look after a diverse team of BMs, TAMs, IDs, LPs, etc.
