Regional Administrative Manager Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will possess ownership and leadership skills, with the ability to manage regional administrative activities and operations effectively.
  • Key responsibilities include defining scope and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members, communicating and coordinating with immediate management to develop strategic programs and project goals, and directing reporting to zonal administrative head on day-to-day activities and incident management.
  • A successful Regional Administrative Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting key project activities, plans, and progress, managing calls and discussions, and ensuring zero incidents on exam day related to admin services.
  • Additionally, this role requires assisting in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, defining and deploying control and monitoring mechanisms for the administration team within the region, and standardizing processes at all exam venues.
  • Regional vendor management, support of zonal head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices, publishing regular dashboards on key performance parameters to zonal administrative head and senior management as needed, and central point of contact for all facility-related matters at the regional level are also key responsibilities.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain and monitor legal compliances for all venues, prepare and deploy contingency/business continuity plans, conduct surprise checks at exam venues, handle crisis situations, coordinate and manage with manpower agencies, and conduct audits of exam venues.
