
Regional Sales Leader

Job Description- Oversee the daily management of stores, including personnel supervision, inventory control, and customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement store-specific plans to achieve business objectives, focusing on sales growth, market share expansion, and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track store performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail software, including POS systems, inventory management tools, and customer relationship management platforms.
- Sales Performance Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and increase average transaction value.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain efficient store operations, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Customer Experience: Foster a positive shopping environment, provide exceptional customer service, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
