Lead Studio Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Studio Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain operational excellence within their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed business targets by focusing on key performance indicators such as footfalls, conversions, orders, buyers, sales, spread, and cost management.
  • Evaluate and ensure operational targets are met at a granular level, monitoring revenue streams from inbound, outbound, partners, builders, modular, and B2B channels.
  • Maintain an efficient operational rhythm for all key activities, including opening, closing, attendance, customer interactions, and communication.
  • Develop and train team members in essential skills like sales, customer handling, brand knowledge, data maintenance, and report creation.
  • Cultivate seamless knowledge transfer, training, and operational readiness for all key activities, collaborating with central teams and merchant partners.
  • Design and implement area and studio-level plans for events, initiatives, and activation elements to enhance local visibility, footfalls, and community engagement.
  • Oversee the management of central programs related to channel partners, design partners, and bulk partners, ensuring alignment with pre-defined processes and success metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure Studio upkeep and maintenance standards are met, providing guidance to Studio Managers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, track furniture and non-furniture items, and ensure assets are well-maintained and secure.
  • Handle studio administrative tasks, including budgeting, bill review, and payment recommendations.
  • Foster high customer-centricity within the studio team, driving better sales, relationships, and customer experiences.
