Job Title: Regional Head

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the procurement and inputs function, overseeing the implementation of facilities under input and extension activities.

Milk Procurement Objectives:

  • Achieve milk procurement volume growth through effective strategies and management.
  • Establish new chilling centers to expand the milk collection network.
  • Implement infrastructure projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monitor and report on milk quality metrics, including average fat and SNF percentages.
  • Promote cost efficiency in procurement and operations through best practices and optimization techniques.
  • Develop a robust farmer network by building strong relationships and providing support services.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards through rigorous monitoring and compliance.
  • Lead team performance and implement corrective actions to drive excellence.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in procurement and inputs management.
  • Proficiency in the Marathi language and ability to communicate effectively with farmers and other stakeholders.
  • A minimum of five years of experience at a Manager level.
