Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales function in the Fenestration segment, specialising in aluminium doors and windows. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills and a proven track record of scaling sales operations in the building materials or architectural products sector. To develop and execute Sales strategies, drive sales growth, and meet sales targets. This includes monitoring industry trends, setting brand-wise sales goals, and promoting the brand through various channels. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of the regional market. Monitor the customer funnel, responsible for improving customer experience from top to bottom of the funnel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fenestration, building materials, or faade industry.
- Strong understanding of aluminium systems, window and door specifications, and project-based B2B selling.
- Proven network among real estate developers, architects, and contractors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
