Regional Human Resource Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Kochi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations across both India and the GCC regions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, grievance handling, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR policies across India and the GCC.
- Lead performance management cycles, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and processes in line with company growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
About This Role:
- This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a strong understanding of HR compliance, policy creation, and documentation.
- The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in HR, including exposure to both India and GCC labor laws.
- They should possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A prior managerial experience in a dynamic work environment is preferred.
