Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Leader to spearhead the HR function for Quality & Operations functions at our manufacturing site in Kochi, India.

The ideal candidate will provide business-driven HR partnership and drive human resource strategies that support business objectives.

  • Develop and implement human resources strategy and policy to drive business performance.
  • Manage harmonious industrial relations and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Lead employee lifecycle processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and development.
  • Drive performance management, annual compensation reviews, and succession planning.
  • Promote a culture of learning and high performance through training and development programs.
Requirements
  • MBA in HR or Masters in Human Resource Management.
  • 15+ years of experience in handling HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Key Skills
  • HR Operations, Industrial Relations.
  • Understanding of labour legislations.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent management skills.
