Human Resource Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the overall Human Resources strategy and operations. This encompasses planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Performance management and providing constructive feedback
  • Payroll and benefits administration for employees
  • Experience in Talent Development at a grassroots level in any industry
  • Overall HR management, liaisoning with local departments, and ensuring compliance with Factory Acts

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources
  • At least 10 years' experience in Human Resources

Essential Skills:

  • Strong workforce recruitment, retention, development, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Training and development of managers and employees
  • Organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment

Preferred Qualification:

  • Budget of up to Rs. 75,000
