Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Kochi.
  • The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for ,Sourcing , Hiring the right candidate, creating and implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Daily tasks will include overseeing recruitment, coordinating employee onboarding and managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in candidate Sourcing and Hiring.
  • Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the
    Hospitality and restaurant
    industry or a similar field is a plus.
