Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located in Kochi. The Human Resources Associate will manage Talent Aquisition, Recruitment, HR operations, oversee employee relations, and support recruitment processes. Responsibilities include training and development, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing HR records, and fostering effective communication within the organization. The role requires collaboration with various departments to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.We have Hr Associate and 2 HR recruiters so HR Generalist would be the person who guides the team.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment is the main part to be focussed on.
  • Human Resources (HR) Management, HR Operations, and general HR skills
  • Experience in Training & Development
  • Experience in the Naukri , Indeed and other recruitment platforms
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR roles is an advantage
