About Us:

Safiya Group is a leading travel and recruitment company with a strong presence in the industry. We're looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team and oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Human Resources to lead our HR functions and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies

  • Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement

  • Performance management, training, and development

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Leadership and team management

  • Knowledge of HR software and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5-10 years of experience in human resources management

  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee relations

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
