Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kochi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training sessions, and addressing employee concerns. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and manage employee benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR software and tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and senior management
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
