Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kerala, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing onboarding processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources Management, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to handle employee relations and team management effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle diverse HR functions efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an HR management role is preferred.
