Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager - Human Resource Operations

Human resource managers are strategic business partners who oversee the daily operations of an organization’s HR function. They handle recruitment, training, employee relations, and other HR tasks to ensure that employees feel valued and supported throughout their careers.


Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • HR Leadership: Partner with senior management to define and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the business goals of the organization.
  • Talent Management & Development: Lead initiatives for employee training, leadership development, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive work environment that reflects the company's values, encouraging engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
  • Change Management & Leadership: Lead the HR aspects of business transitions, including scaling teams, mergers, or reorganization efforts as the new vertical grows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading HR operations and demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and employee engagement capabilities. The following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, or similar industries considered an advantage.
  • Experience in leading HR for a business unit or vertical, with a strong track record of driving business-aligned HR strategies.
