Business Strategy & Planning:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with the organization's growth strategy.
  • Identify and expand profitable business opportunities in the region.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive disbursement targets for various financial products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, etc.).
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer acquisition, loan book growth, and revenue.

Branch Management:

  • Oversee smooth functioning of multiple branches within the region.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures and service standards are maintained across branches.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and their teams.
  • Identify training needs and promote a performance-driven culture.

Collections & Portfolio Quality:

  • Monitor and control delinquency levels to ensure high portfolio quality.
  • Collaborate with credit and collections teams to address NPA cases.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit norms.
  • Implement risk management frameworks within the region.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and manage relationships with local authorities, clients, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of credit, risk assessment, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MIS/reporting tools and data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of NBFC products, market dynamics, and customer segments.

Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in Credit Management or Financial Services are an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
