Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Head located in Kochi, Kerala, India. The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for sales in the region, develop sales strategies in Direct & channel sales, and recruit + lead all Kerala sales team. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building relationships with partners, and driving sales growth. The role also involves setting sales targets, ensure team performance, and ensuring partner relations.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Management skills
- Experience in Account and Team Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in selling high value services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with at least 10 member sales team for more than 3 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in either of the segments is plus:Insurance, Time share, Invest advisory, study abroad, etc.
- Experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry is a plus.
