Job Title: Sales Head (Team Leader)Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director Job Summary:

The Sales Head (Team Leader) is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve business targets for Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), GDLS, and Shares. The role involves developing sales strategies, motivating team members, and ensuring excellent customer relationship management to drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for FD, RD, GDLS, and Share products.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Conduct training sessions and performance reviews for sales team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations departments for smooth execution of sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle escalated client issues and provide satisfactory resolutions.
  • Plan and conduct field visits, branch reviews, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in NBFC/financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of FD, RD, GDLS, and Share products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹100,000.00 per month
